These terms apply to every order placed on Forteez (forteez.com). By placing an order you agree to them. If you have a question, message us on WhatsApp (03303182495) or email info@forteez.com.
1. Who we are
Forteez is an online clothing store based in Pakistan. We sell and deliver within Pakistan only.
2. Orders
- After you place an order you receive an order number on screen and by email.
- We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order may be held or cancelled.
- We can cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
- To change or cancel an order, contact us before it is dispatched.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you place the order.
- Cash on Delivery: pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
- Direct Bank Transfer: transfer the order total to the account shown after checkout and send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp (03303182495). Your order is dispatched once the payment is confirmed. Bank transfer orders get a 7% discount, shown at checkout.
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan with courier partners. Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch; remote areas can take longer.
- Delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
- Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or opened, tell the courier and contact us the same day with photos.
- Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason costs us two delivery charges. Repeated refusals may mean we only accept bank transfer for future orders.
5. Exchanges and returns
- You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Size exchange: we exchange for another size of the same item, subject to stock. Delivery charges for size exchanges are paid by the customer.
- Wrong, faulty or damaged item: we exchange or refund it and cover the delivery charges. Please send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are made by bank transfer within 7 working days after we receive and check the item. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was wrong or faulty.
- Items bought on final sale, and underwear or accessories for hygiene reasons, can only be returned if they are faulty.
- To start an exchange or return, message us on WhatsApp (03303182495) with your order number.
6. Product information
We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens differ and colours may look slightly different in person. Acid-wash and garment-dyed pieces are individually finished, so each one can vary slightly. This is not a fault.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for orders placed through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, photos, logos and text on this website belong to Forteez and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
