We deliver across Pakistan with tracked couriers. Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days; remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000. Below that, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within one hour of being placed. After that we will have started packing: just return it free when it arrives.

Not at the moment. Forteez delivers within Pakistan only.

You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days for a full refund. Returns are free and we collect from your door.

Go to your account, choose the order and select “Return items”. Book a collection slot and pack the items in the original bag.

Refunds are issued within three working days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse, back to the original payment method.

Our tops and knitwear are true to size with a relaxed fit. Coats are cut to layer, so size down if you prefer a closer fit. Each product page lists the fit and the model’s size.

Yes. Email us your height, usual size and the piece you are looking at, and our team will reply with a recommendation, usually within a few hours.

Hand wash in cold water with a wool detergent, press out the water in a towel and dry flat. Never hang knitwear. Washing less is better: air it between wears.

Moth holes, broken zips, loose buttons, torn seams and worn elbows on any Forteez piece, for as long as you own it. Postage is free both ways.

Most repairs are back with you within two weeks.

Cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. Pay by bank transfer and you save on your order.

Yes. We never ask for or store card details. Bank transfers go directly to our account, and your details are only used to deliver your order.
